MAIN OBJECTIVE Development of monitoring and control system for security on KAN Development premises.
A unified security system for KAN Development's flagship Comfort Town — surveillance, access control and video intercom across a large residential neighbourhood.
From 2015 to 2017, VM Construction designed the technical systems behind a unified security solution for the Comfort Town residential complex.To keep the neighbourhood safe, we designed the following subsystems:
- Video surveillance systems;
- Alarm and control systems;
- Access control systems;
- Multi-room video door phone system.
The result is genuine protection of property across the whole site — with access routes planned so carefully that everyday movement stays effortless for residents and their guests.
