VM Construction is a full-cycle systems integrator based in Kyiv. We design, build and support the infrastructure and communications that public institutions and private enterprises depend on — networks, telecom and security systems, delivered as complete, working solutions, never loose parts.
We have been on the market since 2014. In that time our engineers have delivered integrated projects across Ukraine, including:
- city-wide IP telephony, rolled out to thousands of municipal users;
- a carrier-grade telephone network, built from the ground up;
- a large distributed data network for a municipal administration;
- the integrated security system of one of Ukraine's largest petroleum-product importers;
- an automated dispatch, control and monitoring system for a city's outdoor lighting;
- the hardware-and-software platform behind a unified transport dispatch center.
